Free Online Support

All sales are provided with a free knowledge base and ticketing system, where you can get support tickets. This includes the manufactures Return to Manufacturer Authorisation (RMA) process.

Premium Telephone Support

Premium Phone Support is provided with a valid Phone Support Contract on an annual basis. Annual Remote Support contracts are avialable on request. This includes remote installation and configuration via TeamViewer where permissible. 

Development Support

Our development maintanence and support contracts are 20% per annum of the sale price, which provides unlimited phone support, email support and updates to support the latest operating system rel;eases (e.g. Windows Update).

Customisation and development enhancements are charged on a time and materials basis.

Onsite Installation Services

We provide onsite installation services with qualified software engineers.

We also provide qualified electrical installation services. We had provide follow-up support on a pro rata basis.
